Post Award Governance of Public Private Partnerships in India

“How can we help the Indian government better evaluate public private partnerships?”

With the number of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) increasing tenfold in India, Athena set out to develop a governance framework across the entire life cycle of PPPs: conceptualization, award, post award governance and closure.
